Discovery
Once you submit your project application, our team will arrange a call with you to delve into your unique requirements. After the call, we'll conduct comprehensive research on your business and market to craft a customized proposal. Our proposals entail tangible, effective solutions to address any challenges your online presence may be encountering.

Strategy
Once the proposal is agreed upon and signed, we proceed with a follow-up call to ensure that all remaining gaps from our initial discovery call are filled in. During this crucial phase, we delve deeper into your content strategy, customer insights, and ultimately develop a concrete sitemap and content outline to guide our efforts moving forward.

Prototyping
A website prototype, also known as a wireframe, is a preliminary, monochromatic version of your website that we create before beginning the actual design and development process. This enables us to transform real content into an interactive, visual representation of your website, ensuring that the content and messaging effectively serve their intended purpose. This step is crucial as it enables us to organize and plan before we begin building the final product.

Creative
If you have an existing brand guide, we will ensure that your website adheres to its guidelines. However, if you do not have a brand guide, we will work with you to establish your brand identity based on your budget and objectives. With the interactive prototype as our foundation, we begin to incorporate design elements into your website, such as typography, brand colors, logos, imagery, and other unique features that set your brand apart.

Technical
This is the stage where we bring the website prototype to life by building a functional website. We have the expertise to use the latest web technologies, including Vue, React, SharePoint, WordPress, Webflow, and Framer. However, we do not rely on pre-made, low-quality themes with bloated code and extraneous features. Instead, we can custom build every aspect of the website from scratch to meet the specific needs. The website will work seamlessly on all modern devices and browsers, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Launch
After receiving your approval, we will set a launch date for your website. Our team will prepare everything and migrate your website to the live server on the specified day. However, please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours from the time we start until the website is actually live due to DNS and the way the internet works. Once the website is live, we will submit your sitemap to Google, set up Analytics and Google Console, and conduct thorough testing to ensure that everything is functioning correctly on the live website.
